These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and bookings made with Unleashed ("we", "us", "our").

By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Unleashed

Unleashed provides personal development services and digital products.

The specific details, price, duration and inclusions of any service or product will be shown at the point of booking or purchase.

2. Services

Our services are provided for personal development and educational purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy or other professional healthcare.

We do not diagnose, treat or claim to cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

Results vary from person to person and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings and purchases are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

The price applicable to your purchase or booking will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy for booked appointments requires at least 24 hours' notice.

Where you cancel or request to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, we will normally offer a rescheduling option or refund where applicable.

Where you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the amount paid may be retained.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where a service is requested to begin before the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly request this at the time of booking.

5. Digital products

Digital products are supplied electronically.

Where a digital product is made available immediately following purchase, you will be asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase under the applicable consumer rules.

If a digital product is not supplied immediately, any applicable cancellation rights will be explained as part of the purchasing process.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

6. Access to digital products

Digital products are provided for your personal use.

You must not share, copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any digital product or provide access to it to another person without our written permission.

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us through the contact form on the Unleashed website.

7. Intellectual property

All original content and materials provided by Unleashed remain the property of Unleashed or the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content or materials to you.

You may use purchased content for your own personal purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in connection with our services as confidential, subject to our Privacy Notice and any circumstances where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We will not use identifiable personal stories, testimonials or similar information for marketing purposes without appropriate consent.

9. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Information you provide may include sensitive personal information. Where applicable, this will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and any required consent will be obtained separately.

10. No guarantee of results

Personal development work is individual and results cannot be guaranteed.

We make no guarantee regarding any particular personal, emotional, behavioural, health, financial, professional or other outcome.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern about a service or product, please contact us through the contact form on the Unleashed website.

We will aim to deal with your complaint fairly and promptly.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase or booking will normally be the version in force when you entered into the relevant contract, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
